Ich: Die Rechnung ist formell nicht in Ordnung. Es gibt einige Fehler, diese werden unsere, dein und mein Finanzamt, nicht akzeptieren. Bitte 1. „Reverse Charge Verfahren “ anwenden 2. EU-Währung ist Euro nicht USD. Da ich auch Vorsteuer verbuchen muss, benötige deine Umsatzsteuer Identifikationsnummer (USt-ID), diese Nummer muss auch in die Rechnung gesondert ausgewiesen werden. You don’t have to go to any tax consultant , for consultation. All you have to do is to make the payment so that (VAT id) can be generated for you on the receipt. When you make the payment we shall issue a receipt for you , on that receipt your (VAT ID NO) would be on that receipt . In future if you want to claim your tax returns , it’s the same receipt that you will use to claim your tax returns because it’s carrying your VAT ID NO .
Please kindly make the payment as soon as possible , because we are having other customers we are attending to, and do not want delay anymore , because more delay might prompt us to remove your order from our system .

This is to inform you that our Account Officer and legal office discouraged us from releasing our tax code to you. He said it is unprofessional to release our tax code number to another person. Our tax number is only for our company and for no one else.

You do not have any issues that demands you for our tax code. When you make payment for your goods we will deliver to you receipt of payment. On the receipt of payment you will find your tax code which you can claim back from your government when you want to file for your tax return. You should be interested in getting a tax code on your receipt of payment to enable you receive it back from your government when filing for it and not our own tax code. That is how it works. All i want from you is to make payment then, we issue you a receipt of payment. On the receipt of payment you will find your tax code there. That is what you need to file for your tax return in future and not our tax code.You are not paying any tax for receiving goods from us instead your government will pay you for the tax when you file for tax returns in future.

The earlier you make the payment the better for you so that we can conclude the delivery your merchandise.

danke für dein schnelles Handeln. Leider hast du mir nicht erklärt, warum ich Fehlercode von meiner Bank bei der Überweisung bekommen habe. Das macht mich ein bisschen skeptisch. Um den Vorgang zu beschleunigen, benötige ich die neue Rechnung mit der neuen Bankverbindung und den neuen Betrag. Idealerweise auch mit der ID-Card von deiner Fondsmanagerin. Ich hoffe, dass du mit deiner Antwort alle meinen vorgebrachten Zweifel zerstreuen kannst.

They know that doing business is good when there is mutual trust between business partners. You have given me an account from your financial adviser. Everything OK. Now the account is a private account, so my question about ID badge. Since I am very serious, I also need an invoice.
