auch Heute war mein Herzblatt trotz seinem Versprechen wieder nicht beim Service.
Ich glaube ich brauche einmal eine Mail (Selbstverständlich in Deutsch) vom Customer Service oder von der Bank an meine E-Mailadresse und mit meinem Namen. Mir sollte mitgeteil werden das der Transfer noch offen ist und bei Nichtabholung nach 2 oder 3 Wochen automatisch geschlossen wird. Eine Sperre danach wäre auch nicht schlecht. Diese Mail werde ich dann meinem Herzblatt zukommen lassen.
Das er aber auch immer getrieben werden muss.
